How To Spread The Gospel
Ever feel like you’re trying to spread the gospel, and nobody is interested? Well, we’ve got a few ideas for you. This blog will be covering how to get people’s attention, how to start conversations with strangers, and even some ways that might be more effective in communicating your faith in Jesus with the people around you.
The gospel is the most important thing in the world. It’s so important that Jesus died to save us from our sins and be with us for eternity. This message of hope needs to get to everyone across the earth before Jesus can return (Mathew 24:14).
And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.
Why Is Spreading The Gospel So Important?
The answer is simple! The Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ is the only hope of the world. As Christians, we have been entrusted with a mission from God, and we must not only share this message but also live out its implications in our daily lives.
If you are a Christian, you have a responsibility to share the gospel with others. How do we go about this? How can we spread the Word of God and tell people what is in store for them if they turn their lives over to Jesus Christ? How do we answer questions that seem impossible to answer?
How To Spread The Gospel Online
Start A Ministry Blog
Do you desire to know how to spread the gospel online? Blogging might be your jocker.
One of the easiest ways to share your faith in Christ Jesus and reach a larger audience is blogging. Blogging has made it easy to share your faith on the internet and reach more people than you ever dreamed of without even leaving the comfort of your home. People from across the world are looking for a way out of different issues in their lives and they are daily turning to the internet for answers. With well-crafted and spirit birthed blog posts that resonate with the needs of the people, you can get connected with them, build a relationship, share your testimony, or any other gospel conversation starter, lead them to Christ and begin to follow them up until they are grounded in the faith.
There is no limitation to how much you can achieve in sharing the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ through blogging.
2. Share Your Personal Testimony
People are always curious about what it is like to be a Christian. How do you live your life? How does this faith define who you are as a person? What does the journey of following Christ entail and look like on any given day for those that follow Him wholeheartedly without reservation or hesitation?
One way to answer these questions and share your faith is through telling them about the journey that you have been on following Him. How has it impacted every area of your life? How did Jesus change everything for you when He saved you from sin and evil, death and darkness to give you new life in Him? How has this faith impacted your marriage, family life, and everything else that goes along with it?
People are always looking for someone to look up to who is living out their faith. If you have a well-written testimony, this could be an excellent way to share the gospel with someone.
3. How To Spread The Gospel On Using Social Media
Social media is one of the fastest and easiest ways to not only share your faith but also reach people who are thirsty for something that you have. How can we use social media right in sharing our faith? How about following a few simple guidelines:
- Avoid using religious memes or slogans; instead, share stories with them. Memes and slogans are not enough to engage people.
- Share content that will help them. It’s not always about what we want from our followers but rather helping those following us.
- Share content that’s relevant to their interests, passions, or struggles.
- Share content that is relevant to their life stage.
- Share content that will help them to draw closer to Christ.
- Share content that is related to their pain or struggles.
- Share content that is related to what it means for you to be a Christian.

4. Start A Church Group
This may be a little difficult for some, but if you have time and want to focus your energy on sharing your faith with others, start a church/fellowship group!
How do you get this started? Just follow these easy steps:
- Make sure to have a meeting place. This can be at your home, someone else’s house, or even in public somewhere if the weather permits it (don’t let the rain stop people from coming) or a defined platform if it is online.
- Ask everyone interested in sharing their faith to bring a friend, family member, or neighbor who might be interested in hearing what you have to say.
- Have everyone write down questions they may want to be answered about the Christian life and share them at your meeting time.
- Provide snacks if possible! It’s good to provide snacks so people can feel welcome and at ease.
- Have fun! Make sure everyone there has a great time and that they are happy to be sharing their faith with others.
- Offer to pray together before the meeting begins or after it’s over. Never allow the attendees to return home without attending to the burdens in their hearts through prayers.

Have you ever wanted to share your faith with others but don’t know how? How about getting some Bible Verse customized T-Shirts?
How does it work? Just follow these easy steps:
Purchase a shirt that speaks about the Christian life or have one customized yourself. Wear this shirt on occasion or whenever you go out or to work.
When you wear your T-shirt, make sure that people notice what it says!
Try to find appropriate times of the day when wearing your shirt will be most effective. It could be when you are checking out at the grocery store or after church with friends. It could be when you are walking down the street or having lunch with a friend.
Be creative and remember to live your life in a way that allows people to see Jesus through you.

How do you share your faith with others? If this is important to you, try handing out tracts. Throughout history, there are amazing testimonies of people who encountered Christ in the course of reading tracks. And it is still working today if done in the power of the Holy Ghost.
How does it work? Just follow these easy steps:
Get A Stack Of Gospel Tracts.
Find events that allow people to gather and hand them out. This can also be done as you go about your day-to-day activities. Prayerfully hand over spirit birthed tracks to people and trust that the Holy Spirit will amplify the message to them.
Ensure there is a contact address or phone number on the track should they have questions about deciding to follow Christ.
7. Intentionally Building Relationships With People
Gospel works better in the context of relationships.
Focus on what you have in common with someone around you instead of trying to change them. How about asking questions that show you are interested in them first before diving into your own story.
Jesus applied this method in John chapter 4 to connect with the woman at the well. Jesus first took time to build a relationship with her to earn her trust before presenting Himself to her. And we all know the outcome of that relationship.
A good relationship with the people around you will make it easier for you to share Christ with them because already, they have been seeing Him through your life and attitude. So when the Holy Spirit brings the opportunity to share the gospel with them, it will be without stress.
8. Sport And Game
Sport strategy is one of the uncommon and underutilized ways of sharing the gospel because of the wrong orientation many believers have towards sports.
Average youths and young adults are interested in one sport or the others, and the best way to connect with them is to be interested in what interests them, just like Apostle Paul says:
20 And unto the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might gain the Jews; to them that are under the law, as under the law, that I might gain them that are under the law; 21 To them that are without law, as without law, (being not without law to God, but under the law to Christ,) that I might gain them that are without law. 22 To the weak became I as weak that I might gain the weak: I am made all things to all men, that I might, by all means, save some. 23 And this I do for the gospel’s sake, that I might be partaker thereof with you (1 Corinthians 9:20-23).
Sport is a powerful bridge to connect with the younger generation and show them the love of God.
You may be wondering, how can you get more people to know about your relationship with Jesus? The best way is by telling them. Sharing the gospel of Christ will help others see that they are loved and accepted for who they are no matter what their mistakes in life were or might be. This act of love could change someone’s entire perspective on themselves and God if you just take a few moments out of your day to tell them about it.
Knowing how to spread the gospel is not enough. That knowledge must be translated into actions, and it must be done now.
What other ways do you think we can use in spreading the gospel, particularly in this 21st Century? I would love to hear from you via the comment box.
Please share this post with other Christians around you, and let’s depopulate hell together.
